About this website
Monchera provides information about AI implementation, system integration and ongoing workflow management for businesses. These terms apply to monchera.com. For questions, contact contact@monchera.com.
Website information and demonstrations
The website describes capabilities, processes and possible workflows. Demonstrations and interface mockups use illustrative data and scenarios. They do not establish live client integrations, customer results, actual approvals, a finished product or guaranteed performance.
Examples are for discussion. They are not financial, lending, insurance, medical or legal advice. Important decisions remain with appropriately authorized people. Business outcomes depend on the agreed scope, the quality of information, system access, employee participation and other circumstances.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form or contacting us does not book an appointment, create a client relationship, obligate either party to proceed or establish a paid service agreement. We respond to discuss whether there is a suitable next step.
Before implementation, a separate written agreement defines scope, deliverables, fees, system access, testing, data handling, ownership, support responsibilities and any agreed service levels. That agreement controls the client engagement. Website copy does not replace it.
Acceptable use
You may browse the website, share its links and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or use it to send spam.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through the public enquiry form. We agree on a suitable exchange process if a project requires them.
Content and third-party materials
The Monchera name and original website content may not be used to misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement or authorship. You may view the content and share links for evaluating our services. Republishing our original content as your own requires permission.
Third-party trademarks, software names and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Their appearance illustrates possible tools or connections; it does not establish a partnership, certification or endorsement.
External services and privacy
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are processed by Zoho Forms and related correspondence by Zoho Mail. External websites and providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.
Our privacy policy explains how website and enquiry information is handled. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change or contain errors. The website and its demonstration materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monchera does not make warranties about the website or accept responsibility for indirect losses arising from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commitments and responsibilities for paid services are governed by the relevant client agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms. The date above identifies the latest revision. If a change requires a separate agreement or consent, merely visiting the website does not replace that process.
