AI use policy.

Where AI appears
Monchera is an AI implementation, integration and managed-services business. We use AI assistance to research and draft website articles and demonstration material. Articles include source references and undergo an AI-assisted editorial check; this is not a claim of independent human review or firsthand testing of every tool discussed.
Our workflow demonstrations use sample data to explain possible system behavior. An animation, prepared message or approval state in a demo is a scenario, not a record of a customer transaction or employee approval. We describe measured results only when we have evidence for the stated scope.
Your website enquiry
The public enquiry form sends your information to Zoho Forms so Monchera can respond. It is not an AI chat session and does not subscribe you to marketing. Avoid passwords, financial records, health information, identity documents and confidential customer data. Our privacy policy explains the website providers, analytics choices and privacy requests.
Define the system before implementation
For a client engagement, the written scope should identify the workflow owner, permitted inputs, providers, integrations, approved actions and employee checkpoints. It should also define data retention, access permissions, logging, recovery and support responsibilities. Website examples do not grant access to a client system or authorize sending messages, taking payments or making decisions.
Human oversight and important decisions
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Workflows should identify when an employee must review a draft, confirm a record or handle an exception. High-impact decisions such as lending eligibility, employment selection, insurance coverage and medical or legal judgments require an appropriately authorized decision-maker and an assessment of the rules that apply to the particular use case.
The website does not collect facial templates or biometric identifiers, and its demos do not make those decisions. Any future biometric, child-directed or sensitive-data feature requires a separate review before it is enabled.
Testing, measurement and ongoing care
Before a launch, agree on acceptance checks for routine cases, missing information, inaccurate output, failed connections, duplicate events and employee handoffs. Use approved test records and verify the actual output in the connected systems. Any claimed improvement should have a defined baseline, measurement period and explanation of limitations.
Ongoing management should include an incident owner, monitored failure paths, access reviews and approval of material changes. The engagement agreement determines the services and response commitments; this policy does not promise a universal security standard, certification or service level.
Questions and corrections
To flag an inaccurate AI-assisted article, report a website issue or discuss the oversight needed for your workflow, email contact@monchera.com. Include the page or scenario and a description of the concern. Read our website terms for the distinction between website information and a client agreement.
